New to property? Experienced in property? Have a property problem? Come and meet like-minded people.

Hosted by Patricia Li and Mike Hopewell who have been investing in properties since 2011, we understand problems and worries related to property. The purpose of the meeting is to share knowledge, get your questions answered, get solutions to problems, deal analysis, finding JV partners, looking to sell/buy properties, financing, refurbishing, regulations, make friends with local property investors and more.

No formal presentations, however, we do invite special guests to share their expertise to help you in your property investment’s journey.

It is held on the last Tuesday of the month (except December).

Due to the private executive boardroom, the meeting is for a maximum of 14 people from 7pm-9pm. Due to the limited spaces, you need to register.

Venue: Olympic Park, Unit 7 Olympic Way, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 0YL (free Parking).

Directions:

• From the roundabout, enter entering Longbarn Blvd.
• The road will bend to the right.
• Take the first right (soon after passing the gated barrier, which will automatically open up, or will be already up).
• Go to the end car park on the right (on Google, it is also seen as X-Press Legal Services).
